APOLLO / PRODUCTION PLANNING

Plan the output
you can use.

Start with your daily target. See how running time and accepted output affect the number of pre-rolls—and retail packs—you can plan for.

01 / YOUR ASSUMPTIONS

Build your planning case.

Example values are editable. They are not measured Apollo utilization or yield.

Individual acceptable pre-rolls, before grouping them into packs.

Total planned time, including pauses. Enter 0.5–24 hours.

Share of scheduled time spent producing. Allow for refills, cleaning, changeovers and other pauses. Example: 75%.

Share of produced pieces meeting your acceptance criteria. Example: 95%. Replace with evidence from your representative run.

Enter 1–100, or leave blank. A retail pack may contain several pre-rolls.

Calculations stay in this browser. No entries are sent or saved.

What this estimate includes

  • Gross running rate: Apollo’s stated approximately 12–16 pre-rolls per minute.
  • Your scheduled hours, productive-time percentage and saleable-yield assumption.
  • Whole pieces and complete packs, rounded down.

This is a planning model, not a validated rate for a selected format, material or weight, a production promise, or an OEE calculation. Packaging labor, downstream capacity and material losses are not modeled. Confirm accepted output and the complete line in a representative trial.

Material fit: main Apollo is for standard ground or milled cannabis flower. Dry kief and dry hash are the only compatible infusion types. Distillate, resin-infused material and extremely sticky flower are not compatible. External coating is a separate process.

03 / MAKE THE NUMBERS MEAN SOMETHING

Take your plan to a real run.

Bring the exact format.

Record supplier SKU, paper, tip, target fill and finished closure. Use representative material from the intended production supply.
