APOLLO / COATING SERIES
Exterior coating.
Two clear steps.
Apollo OilCoat. Apollo KiefCoat.
Apply oil to the body of a finished pre-roll, then add an exterior kief coating. An operator connects the two steps.

01 / PRE-ROLL OIL-COATING MACHINE
Apollo OilCoat
Hold the crutch. Roll the body.
The operator holds the pre-roll by the exposed crutch while the filled paper body contacts the rotating roller. The crutch stays beyond the roller end. After coating, the operator lifts the pre-roll clear and removes it.

02 / PRE-ROLL KIEF-COATING MACHINE
Apollo KiefCoat
The exterior coating step.
A separate conveyor carries the prepared pre-roll through the coating area and onto the discharge mesh. This stage follows oil application, with an operator handoff between the two machines.

TWO MACHINES / TWO DISTINCT STEPS
One workflow. A clear handoff.
- 01 / OILCOAT
Apply the oil.
The operator holds the exposed crutch while the body rolls against the coating surface.
- 02 / OPERATOR HANDOFF
Transfer the pre-roll.
The operator removes it from OilCoat and introduces it to the separate KiefCoat conveyor.
- 03 / KIEFCOAT
Coat the exterior.
The conveyor moves the pre-roll through coating and toward collection for your next production step.

The demand behind the finish.

FROM CONSUMER INTEREST TO YOUR PRODUCT BRIEF
A finish people recognize.
Kief-coated pre-rolls sit within the wider infused category. Jeeter is a prominent example. Use the research below to evaluate demand, then define your own finished product.
See real coated pre-rolls ↑2025 / REVENUE GROWTH
Growing faster than the category.
Infused sales reached $1.68 billion in 2025, representing 47% of pre-roll revenue in the report’s tracked markets.

JEETER / BRAND POPULARITY
About $1 in every $12.
Headset’s current U.S. pre-roll overview attributes roughly one in every twelve pre-roll dollars to Jeeter. That is a brand-level sales signal, rather than a measurement of exterior coating alone. Read Headset’s overview ↗
Jeeter describes its XL as infused and finished with kief; its Quad-Infused range lists THCa, rosin, terpenes and kief. Jeeter XL ↗ · Quad-Infused ↗
Read the numbers correctly. Infused includes multiple production methods; these sources do not isolate sales or growth of exterior kief-coated pre-rolls. The 2025 annual report and Headset’s current overview cover different periods and should not be treated as a single comparable time series. Jeeter is referenced as a market example. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Turn market interest into a product brief. Specify your target finish, materials, package and output goal. OilCoat and KiefCoat address separate exterior-coating steps; market growth does not establish machine throughput or product results.
Discuss your coated formatPLAN YOUR APPLICATION
Start with the product.
Bring your pre-roll format, oil formulation, coating material and desired finish. The team can review the equipment configuration and next steps with you.
Discuss the Coating SeriesAre these two separate machines?
Yes. Apollo OilCoat performs the oil-rolling step. Apollo KiefCoat is the separate exterior-coating conveyor. The illustrated workflow includes an operator transfer between them.
What should we bring to an application review?
Your cone or tube dimensions, crutch length, filled weight, materials, desired exterior coverage and daily production goal. These help define the setup and sample evaluation.
What about specifications and availability?
Confirmed throughput, dimensions, utilities, pricing and availability will be supplied by the team for the proposed configuration. The illustrations are not dimensional drawings or acceptance-test results.
Is exterior coating the same as internal infusion?
No. These machines illustrate coating the outside of a finished pre-roll. The main Apollo filler is made for standard ground or milled cannabis flower; dry kief and dry hash are its only compatible infusion types. It is not compatible with distillate, resin-infused material or extremely sticky ground flower. OilCoat and KiefCoat are separate downstream machines for exterior coating.
