01 / FILL & FINISH
Apollo pre-roll machine
Automatic cone handling, weighing, filling, settling and finishing on a rotary platform.
- Material
- Standard ground or milled cannabis flower. Dry kief and dry hash are the compatible infusion types.
- Formats
- 84, 98 and 109 mm cones, plus compatible slightly tapered cigarette-style tubes.
- Stated rate
- 12–16 pre-rolls/minute. Results depend on the material, format and setup.
- Electrical
- AC 110 V · 60 Hz · ≤500 VA. Phase, circuit amperage and plug type to confirm.
Not compatible with distillate, resin-infused or extremely sticky ground flower.
02 / EXTERIOR COATING
Apollo Coating Series
Two separate machines for the steps after a finished pre-roll.
- OilCoat
- The operator holds the exposed crutch while the pre-roll body rolls against the oil-contact surface.
- KiefCoat
- A separate conveyor carries the pre-roll through the exterior-coating material.
- Handoff
- An operator transfers the pre-roll between machines. These are not shown as an automatically connected line.
- Configuration
- Confirm throughput, utilities, dimensions, materials and availability with the team.
